Innison supports decisions, but owners remain in control.
These terms govern access to the Innison private beta and website. A separate written commercial agreement takes precedence where one has been agreed.

These private-beta terms identify who provides the service.
Innison is provided by Aymane Cheikh, trading as Innison. These terms do not describe Innison as a limited company unless and until that changes.
Access is limited to authorised people.
Account access may only be used by people authorised to operate the property. Owners are responsible for keeping access links and sessions secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use.
Owners remain responsible for operational information.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of property, rate, availability, guest, and reservation information they enter or approve. Innison should not be the only record used where law or an operational procedure requires another record.
Connected services keep their own terms.
Innison can exchange booking and availability information with supported providers. The owner's relationship with each connected provider remains governed by that provider's terms, availability, and technical limits.
Exceptions still require an owner's judgement.
Innison is designed to reduce booking conflicts and make changes visible, but no software removes every operational risk. Owners must review exceptions and confirm the final position where information conflicts.
The service must be used lawfully.
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful material, or use Innison in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Private beta access may change while the product develops.
Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change during the private beta. Innison may suspend access where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse and will provide reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
Liability is limited only where the law permits.
Innison is not responsible for indirect loss or for failures caused by a connected provider, inaccurate owner data, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions about these terms, formal notices, and requests concerning an account can be submitted through the Innison contact page. A binding commercial agreement may provide additional notice details and governing law.
